Our residents can submit maintenance requests 24/7 by calling 254-756-7009 or by using our Resident Portal. Requests are monitored by live customer service agents 24/7 to ensure that time-critical issues receive immediate response.
Our Resident Portal, phone lines are monitored 24/7. Emergency service requests will be promptly forwarded to our maintenance team. In the event of a life-threatening or safety emergency such as a fire, carbon monoxide leak, or break-in, please call 9-1-1. As soon as you are reasonably able to do so following this type of emergency, please notify management by submitting a service request through your Resident Portal or by calling 254-756-7009.
