Dedicated, Responsive Maintenance Staff


We strive to respond to all maintenance requests within a timely manner and keep you informed of the status of any maintenance item that cannot be completed right away. 

Our dedicated, in-house maintenance staff hours are:

Monday through Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm

Submitting Maintenance Requests


Our residents can submit maintenance requests 24/7 by calling 254-756-7009 or by using our Resident Portal. Requests are monitored by live customer service agents 24/7 to ensure that time-critical issues receive immediate response.

Emergency Maintenance Requests


Our Resident Portal, phone lines are monitored 24/7. Emergency service requests will be promptly forwarded to our maintenance team. In the event of a life-threatening or safety emergency such as a fire, carbon monoxide leak, or break-in, please call 9-1-1. As soon as you are reasonably able to do so following this type of emergency, please notify management by submitting a service request through your Resident Portal or by calling 254-756-7009.

Keep in mind...


When opening maintenance requests:

  • Describe thoroughly what the problem is, what you’ve already done to mitigate the problem, and include pictures when possible.
  • Be sure to include available days/times that we have permission to enter in the request. Indicate whether or not pets will be home and how they will be secured.
  • If you would prefer to be home during the maintenance visit, please indicate that in the request.
  • Disable any alarms for the apartment while the maintenance is being performed.
